Keegan is a partnership tax expert focused on helping clients understand and navigate the federal income tax consequences of their business dealings. Keegan analyzes proposed transactions for unusual tax risks or undetermined tax benefits, advises clients on tax-efficient operations and restructurings, interprets complex legislative and regulatory actions, and performs financial analysis to assess the tax consequences of specific transactions.

Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Keegan was an attorney at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel (Partnerships and Special Industries) and worked in a “Big Four” accounting firm’s Washington National Tax M&A practice.
