Jason Kleiss specializes in advising private equity, infrastructure funds, and corporate clients on numerous tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including reorganizations, acquisition and disposition planning, cross-border investments, repatriations, and tax modeling (i.e., the impact of tax-efficient financing structures, foreign tax credit planning, local country tax planning, and transfer pricing on the financial model). His client’s various industries include renewables, infrastructure, fiber networks, manufacturing, distribution, construction, transportation, business services, telecommunications, and financial services. Before joining Leo as a Managing Director, Jason worked at a Big Law and a Big 4 accounting firm, where he focused on the tax aspects of M&A.
