Jim Nason is a former Big 4 Tax Partner. He has more than 35 years of experience specializing in tax issues surrounding the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.

With his significant industry experience, Jim provides strategy and guidance for companies entering the broader converged “communications” arena, including cable, satellite, content providers, infrastructure plays, IP-technology companies, and the vast array of new entrants, including IoT, XaaS, and emerging service providers. Jim’s experience includes transaction, income/franchise, sales and use tax, and specialized assistance for mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and restructures.
