Zack Bhatia advises private equity, infrastructure funds, and corporate clients on numerous business, financial, and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions. His practice areas include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, tax modeling, and complex financial structures.
Zack is a Canadian CPA and advises his clients on both Canadian and US federal income tax matters. In pursuing his CPA designation in Canada, Zack was named on the National Honour Roll for scoring in the top 1% of 8,000+ writers on the September 2019 Common Final Examination. Before joining Leo Berwick, Zack was a Senior Associate at a Canadian Big 4 firm.
