Kevin specializes in providing commercially tailored M&A financial due diligence advisory services to infrastructure and energy transition investors and has extensive advisory experience across a range of infrastructure sub-sectors including power and utilities, digital infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, and other infrastructure.
While Kevin advises across the full range of infrastructure sub-sectors, he has a particular specialty in digital infrastructure assets, having advised on numerous notable fiber, data center, and telecom tower transactions in recent years.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Kevin was part of a specialized infrastructure M&A team at a Big 4 firm, where he was responsible for leading advisory teams on investment due diligence, financial modeling, financial advisory, and strategic advisory engagements for infrastructure private equity funds, institutional infrastructure investors, and infrastructure strategics.
