David Nguyen is a Vice President of Leo Berwick’s Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Transition team. He is experienced in M&A infrastructure transactions, project finance, and tax credit modelling.
David previously worked at BerQ RNG in corporate development where he led acquisitions in the RNG, maintained corporate models, and supported corporate debt raise. His work included model build-outs, sensitivity analyses, and board presentations. He worked with North American carbon credits, tax equity, and tax credits. Prior to this, he worked at JP Morgan in Equity Research.
