Leo Berwick is proud to have supported Ullico Infrastructure Partners, LLC with its acquisition of a majority equity interest in Vista Ridge Pipeline from affiliates of Ridgewood Infrastructure. The Vista Ridge water pipeline delivers approximately 20% of San Antonio’s fresh water under a long-term concession agreement with the San Antonio Water System. This asset compliments Ullico’s growing portfolio of utility investments that offer essential services in supportive regulatory environments.
