Leo Berwick is proud to have supported ECP (Energy Capital Partners), a leading investor across energy transition, electrification, and decarbonization infrastructure assets, with its acquisition of a majority stake in PROENERGY. This investment will expand its platform and pipeline of operating power plants, repair and maintenance services for turbines, original equipment manufacturing and turnkey engineering, procurement and construction services for utility customers.
