Corix Infrastructure, Inc. (“Corix”) and SouthWest Water Company announced a definitive agreement to merge their water and wastewater businesses, creating a leading regulated water and wastewater utility. The new company Nexus Water Group will employ over 1,300 people, serving over 1.3 million customers across 20 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces. This merger will enhance the company’s scale and financial foundation, supporting long-term investments in water and wastewater services.
