Leo Berwick is looking for a Social Media and Brand Manager to join our growing team.

  • You will be responsible for driving our brand presence, organizing impactful events, and supporting business development initiatives.
  • Your role will involve managing and executing in-person conferences, roadshows, and marketing campaigns
  • You will work closely with our teams to enhance our brand visibility, and support upper management in maintaining seamless client communication.

Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with Leo Berwick’s business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan, organize, and execute in-person conferences, roadshows, and other marketing events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and materials needed are available.
  • Coordinate with venues, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Manage on-site event activities, including setup, registration, attendee engagement, and breakdown.

Brand Development and Management:

  • Develop and refine comprehensive branding strategies to strengthen Leo Berwick’s position in the market.
  • Craft and maintain consistent branding across all channels, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Create and enforce brand guidelines to maintain visual and verbal consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Social Media and Content Curation:

  • Design and implement strategic social media plans to boost brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar, scheduling regular posts that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Curate and help our professionals produce high-quality content including blog posts and articles
  • Create and manage website copy, newsletters, and email campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and multimedia elements to support marketing initiatives.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure event and branding strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on event performance, and social media metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, branding and, social media management
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing in-person events
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in event management software, marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage on-site event logistics.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
