Senior Associate – Infrastructure Financial Due Diligence

Leo Berwick is looking for a Sr. Associate to join our growing Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Transition Financial Due Diligence deal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in financial due diligence engagement related to acquisitions or divestments.
  • Analyze business plans and publicly available information on the target business.
  • Review all historic financial data available related to the proposed deal.
  • Evaluate potential synergies and post-merger integration considerations.
  • Report key issues and risks to our clients.
  • Correlate due diligence findings with client valuations and manage expectations of service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field required
  • CPA or comparable accounting/finance designation preferred
  • Experience with a start-up organization and/or a large professional services organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and in an unsupervised environment
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • The successful candidates must be able to travel with Canada and the USA.
