Leo Berwick is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team and support our Partners.

- Have strong writing skills; you are adept at formatting, proof-reading, and write in a clear and organized fashion

Responsibilities:
- Act as key administrative support for up 3 Senior Leaders and their teams
- Assist with creating proposals, contracts, invoices and billing
- Support building out the scope of work and engagement set up on various and simultaneous projects
- Review memos and presentations to update formatting, ensuring all documents are client ready
- Pro-actively review and download client information from data rooms or other sources needed for your team to meet their deliverables
- Review and manage several inboxes
- Know what was sent and ensure all follow ups are appropriately scheduled and met
- Prioritize incoming items, creating summaries of key activities for each partner
- Creating calendar meetings for corresponding activities
- Ensuring collateral is available for meetings and Partners are briefed in advance
- Support in organizing events and conferences, this can include coordinating travel, submitting expenses, booking spaces and shipping materials among other duties
- Occasional on-site responsibilities at our Downtown Toronto office
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced administrative role
- Experience with a start-up organization
- Expert level Microsoft skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and in an unsupervised environment
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Experience working at a professional services organization is an asset
