Yiyi is a Director at Leo Berwick’s U.S. Renewable Tax Practice. Prior to this role, he was as a Senior Manager in a Big 4 firm’s renewable tax credit practice.

With over a decade of experience, Yiyi specializes in tax credit qualification and monetization structures, including partnership flips, inverted leases, and sale-leasebacks. He provides expert guidance on tax due diligence, structuring, and equity modeling for domestic and inbound mergers and acquisitions within the renewable energy sector, as well as other complex tax credit transactions.

Throughout his career, Yiyi has advised Fortune 500 renewable energy investors and some of the nation’s leading renewable energy developers, delivering strategic solutions in this dynamic industry.
