Andre Perret is a Managing Director in Leo Berwick’s Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Transition Financial Advisory practice, who focuses on financial modeling specifically tailored to infrastructure and energy investors. Andre has more than 15 years of experience advising institutional and corporate clients on investments into infrastructure and energy assets throughout the Americas in a financial modeling, financial due diligence, commercial due diligence, and lead financial advisory role.

Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Andre worked in the Infrastructure M&A practice at a Big 4 firm where he focused on advising North American and inbound investors, pension funds, GPs, insurers and developers on the acquisition, investment and divestment of greenfield and brownfield infrastructure assets, primarily across the Americas. Andre’s experience is concentrated in the power & utilities sector, with a focus in power generation and rate-regulated entities, as well as breadth across the agricultural, ports, transportation, waste and social infrastructure sectors.

During the competitive investment rationalization process, Andre has led the independent commercial model review on behalf of investors for over forty separate transactions. The majority of these transactions included co-delivering financial due diligence and supporting tax M&A specialists with their financial model review.

Andre has advised on over $165 billon (enterprise value) of highlight infrastructure transactions in a financial modeling, financial due diligence or financial advisory role. $100 billion of this experience includes mandates where Andre led the financial model construction, review, or audit of infrastructure sector models. Andre has previously led the infrastructure financial modeling training role and a project finance modeling accreditation process at a Big 4 firm.
