Vee Vere

Vee Vere is a Senior Associate in Leo Berwick’s Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Transition Financial Advisory practice, who provides financial due diligence and financial modelling services to infrastructure investors across a range of infrastructure sub-sectors, including power and utilities, digital infrastructure and transportation infrastructure.

Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Vee was a member of the Corporate Finance team at a national accounting firm, where he specialized in providing sell-side M&A and financing advisory services to middle-market companies. Earlier in his career, Vee was a Senior Associate in the audit and accounting advisory practice at a leading Big 4 firm.
