Nina Yin is an Associate in Leo Berwick’s US M&A tax practice. She advises multinational companies on the US tax considerations associated with mergers and acquisitions. She helps clients interpret and navigate the tax complexities of cross-border business and transactions, identifying critical strategic tax issues and help manage tax risks and exposure.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, Nina worked in both international tax and transfer pricing practices at a Big 4 in Taipei and Michigan.
